Doha, Qatar - About the Job: In this role, the Lead Cargo Quality Operations Officer is responsible in providing Operational Standards, recommended practices to deliver Quality Service in accordance with customer requirement, the organizational policies and regulatory requirements in an effective manner and ensuring safety. You will initiate, negotiate and finalizing SGHA agreements. Analyse all Stations/GHA for irregularities/cargo discrepancies and take corrective action for improvement. You will be reporting to Manager Cargo Quality Operations and assist in evaluating GHA to ensure Quality Service delivered by service providers. You will assist regional heads to plan and schedule training for cargo staff to meet operational, regulatory requirements according to company policy and maintaining records for training/personnel.
