Technical Engineer

Kuwait City - Technical Engineer's roles and responsibilities includes: 1. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology with regards to the areas of the customer's hardware and software environment. 2. Assist in trouble shooting, hardware fixing, software operating fixing and network related problems. 3. Keep familiar with the hardware and software brand names in order to assist proper advice given to the customers. 4. Learn how to, and perform deployment of new software upgrades and patches as per customers management instructions. 5. Participate in testing the new patches and software upgrades whenever the customer requires this. 6. Handle and respond to the customer service calls and assist customer users in resolving their day to day problems reported. 7. Perform preventive maintenance to the customer's hardware as per the customer's policy and report all problems and activities to the customer's management. 8.
