Kuwait City - To sign loyalty agreements with clients and manage all associated operations including program management, technical support & maintain relationships with clients as well as invoicing and payments. Loyalty consists of, but is not limited to, Loyalty Programs, Gift Card Programs and Pre Paid Cards. As a secondary objective: Sign instalment card deals with banks of merchants. Identify potential loyalty clients, arrange meetings, presentation and sign up merchants. Prepare documents such as proposals, presentations, business requirement document (BRD), feasibility reports, user guides, deployment/training forms, etc. Interact with the clients as well as the Technical Team to pass on the exact application requirements desired by the client to the software developers and assist with testing prior to launching.
