Abu Dhabi - This direct hire contractual assignment is for a one year to the End-User Client and the employment period could be extended depending upon project requirements. The selected incumbent will provide an effective procurement function, ensuring that the end-user strategy is developed and maintained sufficiently to support an annual expenditure programme budgeted to US$450m. The Procurement Manager will operate across the various specialist areas within the LNG project by providing continued support, guidance and professional procurement advice where required. He will ensure all procurement activities are conducted within the requirements of the Project Contract Standing Orders (PCSOs), the Procurement Tool-kit and Financial Regulations.
