Head of Affluent Banking

Doha, Qatar - Job Title- Head of Affluent Banking Deliver required annual Liability and cross sell targets as agreed with GM Retail Banking and Head of Private & Affluent Banking and Liabilities. Oversee the management of the RM team within the Affluent segment base. Work with the Retail Asset Team to assist in cross sell opportunities within the Affluent segment base. Provide ongoing training for every segment of the Liability sales ( WM Dept as well as Branch Network). Be the number one sales & service within the Affluent Banking segment. Ensure & devise the business targets for each distribution channel keeping in line with objective of the business. Ensure that the objectives and goals are laid out to the individual staff members. Put in place a monthly tracking mechanism to evaluate the performance of sales & service units across the country vis-à-vis the laid down / agreed deliverables.
