Doha, Qatar - The Waiter/Waitress seeks to align the supply of skilled and qualified individuals and capabilities of the current workforce, with the organizations ongoing and future business plans to meet and exceed the expectation of the customers and clients in order to achieve profit and sales. INTERNAL: • Works within specifically defined guidelines, procedures and set conditions.• Works with direct supervision of the General Manager and Outlet In-Charge• Fast-paced intensive working environment dealing with the customers and clients on day to day basis.EXTERNAL:• Frontline interface with the customers and clients Decision making limited to immediate and everyday issue, and works within specifically defined division and principle guidelines and procedures.• Decisions are limited to addressing basic customer and operational issues, however must ensure that the next line management is kept in the loop.
