Exp : Should be 5 yrs or above exp in mechanical works & machine maintenance & mold changes in (preference:Husky, Sipa & Netstal preform)injection molding machines & Corvaglia Closures & exp in hot runner servicing . Age :25 to 32.(If candidate is young & active is good for us). Requirements: Required to lift 75 lbs. Responsibilities Perform basic setup and operation of plastic injection molding machines Troubleshoot and problem solve injection molding, auxiliary, and secondary operations Perform equipment maintenance and basic repairs Inspect parts for qualification Select molding setup parameters for new tooling Knows how to perform quality test on each product type Knows how to remove/install injection molding tools. Knows to do machine, mold calibrations & alignments. Knows to assemble or disassemble the motor & gears. Knows to work in over head cranes. Knows to level the machines....
