Kuwait City - 1. Law Graduate 2. Minimum of 10 years experience in the following: Law experience linked to labor and social security laws & companies policies and procedures. Dealing with labor unions and finding solutions as per the law. Experience in administrative investigations with employees who falls under the labor law. Able to perform studies and analyzing employees case studies and finding solutions to employees issues. Should be able to provide consultations on labor laws and prepares memos for courts during law cases.
