Service Support Technical Team Lead

Doha, Qatar - We currently require an IT Team Lead to join our team based in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities will include:  Lead by technical example  Router and switch configuration  Managing servers, services and network devices including routine maintenance, upgrades, security patching, release management.  Specifying and maintaining monitoring and altering tool sets  Produce technical capacity and incident reports.  QA and task technical team  Provide service improvement input and implementations.  Align team within ITIL practices.
