While performing an efficient service relating to immigration affairs, you will assist and support the team administering the complete range of HR activities in a consistent and timely manner to the satisfaction of the Customers and Management. You will ensure calls are answered efficiently and in timely manner according to the standard of Qatar Airways group. You will analyse trends, monitor, identify and recommend improvement opportunities to management.
