Dubai - We are looking for a candidate to join our team and build with us our new concept revolving mainly around Shawarma / Doner food. The candidate should be qualified to manage the store and the kitchen and help us build our brand aligned with our vision. The inital job responsiblities would be: - Planning our Menu with head management - Testing and trial of food - Training and Hiring of Staff - Finalizing all recipes and food costs with head management - Preparation for opening of store Daily Duties in teh restuarant would be as below: - Making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time - Managing stocks of food - Ordering food from suppliers - Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records managing health and hygiene procedures - Organising the staff duty rota recruiting, training and developing staff.
