Kuwait - Contract Administrator Purpose / Role To provide contracts and commercial support within the framework of a consultancy project management team (PMC) managing the execution of major upstream capital projects, from FEED through to operational handover. Key aims and objectives Contractual and Commercial support in the process of ensuring that Major capital projects (generally Lump Sum) are executed in full accordance with the prevailing contractual obligations and that the commercial interests of the Owner are protected at all times. To provide guidance in the application of Owner policies and procedures throughout the project life cycle.
