Doha, Qatar - 1. Editing and producing lease documents as necessary related to sales and leasing department. 2. Deal with tenants and owners and responding for all their questions. 4. Receiving cheques and issuing cheques receipts. 5. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships. 7. Drafting Memos and/or making phone calls to Tenants related to lease issues. 8. Letters to tenants regarding lease obligations. 9. Lease expiration date notification. 10. Review and understand all leasing contract terms and conditions and be knowledgeable to answer customer questions. 11. Renewal/move out obligation letters 12.
