Qatar - Front Office Management and Administration:- Assist Materials Manager for day to day Business activities. Prepare DOA as and when required. Answer phone calls, e-mail queries from customers, coordinate with Contractors regarding pre- bid meetings. Scheduling Monthly safety meeting and maintain attendance records for the same. Book meetings or re-schedule as and when required. Follow up regarding trainings for all employees in Materials. Mail distribution, distribution of medical cards, calendars, annual diaries as and when required. MIC Gate Pass Processing and Coordination:- Issue gate pass applications and send gate pass applications to Head Office and communicate the same to Contractors. Issue gate passes for other departments as and when required. Arrange for gate pass applications to be delivered to company main gate in case of emergency. Document Controls and Management:- Filing documents and maintaining confidentiality of the same and labeling of files. Coordinate key busin...
