Doha, Qatar - Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention. Build executive level relationships. Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Responsible for service sales including professional and consultancy Services, Service Level Agreements, Vendor Support contracts, outsourcing services….etc. Utilizes Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts. Work as single point of contact for all Service Sales issues. Establish and implement measurable Business Plan. Develop and execute service sales plan. Provide periodic reporting to management on sales activities Play the role of customer service sales advisor. Prepare service responses for RFQs and new service bids or proposals.
