Doha, Qatar - CH2M HILL are to provide execution stage Program Management Support Services for an Urban Rail Project in Qatar with a major Railway Systems Rolling Stock EPC Contractor. The Project will include the preliminaries, design, integration, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning on one of the largest global single Rail System projects. The Project Controls scope to be provided by CH2M HILL will require a Project Controls Manager who will be responsible for a team of four project planning staff to manage and coordinate the planning services of the Rail Systems Contractor and their planning leads. CH2M HILL will represent the Rail Systems Contractor in program control and programme (schedule) interface management towards the Employer, the Engineer and principal external interfacing parties in relation to the EPC contract.
