Morgan McKinley - Dubai - Key Functions: (include but not limited to) --- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and negotiating all types of contracts relating to corporate, banking and finance matters. --- Support the Corporate and Retail Banking Group and the Credit documentation unit in negotiating credit facility agreements. --- Review and draft documentation relating to corporate commercial banking arrangements such as mortgage agreements, services agreements, syndication agreements, letters of credit, bonds and guarantees. --- Attend client meetings with Relationship Managers and provide assistance in addressing legal issues and closing out documentation. --- Comply with the legal department’s internal service standards for the provision of services in order to achieve business objectives and timelines. --- Liaise with external counsel to obtain advice on particular legal matters and issues.
