Doha, Qatar - This is a technical position to provide strong interface to Qatar Rail project with various government agencies and stakeholders by maintaining close interaction and liaison to ensure that quality deliverables are produced smoothly, within time and budget. Duties and Responsibilities include: Liaises with government agencies, third parties and clients to ensure all project objectives have been met. Monitoring, directing, and tracking projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Interacts closely with project stakeholders; various affected agencies, communities, local, state, and federal governments, to build consensus on project delivery objectives.
