Kuwait City - To be responsible for ensuring the books of accounts are maintained accurately and are in accordance with network finance policies and international accounting standards. • Ensure all transactions (cash handling, petty cash and cheque payments, journal entries, cash receipts, etc.) are recorded properly and in accordance to the definition set on international accounting standards. • Review general or nominal ledger entries regularly to minimize if not eliminate adjusting entries and to detect any under or over statement of expenses on time. • Analyze and compare month on month expenses to attain uniform distribution of cost during the year and make an accrual when appropriate to have consistency in reporting expenses. • Review suppliers' invoices to ensure if procurement is within purchasing procedures and capital expenditure policy and also ensuring that no double payment is made. • Prepare schedules to support balance sheet accounts and ensure that these are reconciled against genera...
