Qatar - Lead the Turnaround Core team. Lead weekly, monthly core team and GRT preparation update meetings Lead daily progress meetings during TA execution period. Set clear performance measurement standards against all aspects of the turnaround. Establish effective and integrated planning & reporting process. Assist unit superintendents in setting and approval of job list shutdown objectives, scope of work and scheduling of all related tasks. Carry out risk assessments on high risk and critical path elements of the work scope Build in measurable contingency plans. Ensure the work scope is fully resourced in manpower, equipment and materials. Liaise with HSE team to ensure a robust HSE Plan is in place and all high risk tasks are identified, strong work procedures are adhered too. Finalization of level 1 and level 3 plans with stake holders. Ensure all additional service requirements to contract are correctly costed in SAP orders are in place prior to expenditure.
