Kuwait City - Perform training needs analysis for new and existing employees in level of (seniors, specialists and subordinates). Identify internal and external training programs to address technical & behavioral competency. Support department managers regarding employee training needs. Organize, develop or source training. programs to meet identified training needs. develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks. Keep employees informed about training calendar. Map out training plans for individual employees in certain levels . when appropriate present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools. Set up program evaluation methodology. Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology of identified needs. maintain employee training records. establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers. manage training budget. manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
