Dubai - Require a Sr. Accountant, preferably Chartered Accountant having experience within a Real Estate firm/ Property developer to perform the following duties: Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis Prepare monthly account reconciliations Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances Assist with financial audits analyzing and correcting discrepancies Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls Other projects as assigned Skills Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance / CA preferred Strong understanding of accounting theory SAP experience preferred 5+ years accounting/finance experience; Experience in the real estate industry preferred Highly detail oriented and organized...
