Oil and Gas Industry - Qatar - Senior/Loss Prevention Engineer [Description] Purpose: The Senior Loss Prevention Engineer/Specialist will assist the Project Manager with Engineering Loss Prevention matters. Major roles and responsibilities as Loss Prevention Engineer/Specialist are to: - Experience in LOSS PREVENTION engineering for offshore/onshore facilities/equipment/piping installations and demolishing/removing and some modifications. - Preparation of Loss prevention Philosophy - Preparation and managing Hazard & Effects register. - Preparation of Safety equipment, Fire and Gas layouts - Preparation of Passive fire protection specifications using API 2218 - Preparation of Active fire protection systems. - Co-ordination with safety consultants for arranging HAZOP, SIL and other safety workshops. - Knowledge to review QRA and FRA reports prepared by 3rd parties. - Preparation of RFQ’s and TBE for various safety Equipment as well as Safety studies. - Review the engineering drawings and specifications from LOSS PREV...
