Kuwait - IT Instructor will design and conduct IT training on Microsoft products and other proprietary systems used by the Al-Sayer Group. Provide IT technical support to the training section. Responsibilities includes: 1. Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material. 2. Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Sayer Group training calendar and training needs assessment. 3. Conduct IT training sessions in line with the IT training needs for the Al-Sayer Group staff. 4. Administer IT assessment tests for job applicants and employees. 5. Perform post evaluation for IT training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place. 6. Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly. 7.
