Qatar - Minimum 20 years demonstrable experience, of which 10 years is in a managerial capacity, in design (concept to detail design), project management and all aspects of supervision and project administration of similar size (7,500 m3/day) sewage treatment plant projects. Should have executed at least two (2) similar or larger size STW projects as Resident Engineer including all environmental protection aspects of construction and operation of similar size sewage treatment plant projects. Should have proven track record as a successful integrator through the project life cycle from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closing of similar scale projects by maximizing the benefits of the available resources to meet the project budget, schedule and client expectations.
