Doha, Qatar - 1. Obtain quotations for equipment or supplies requested by various departments. 2. Obtain approval to purchase and raise LPOs. 3. Communicate with departments on the status of their requests. 4. Upon receipt of goods, check for quality and distribute to requesting department. 5. Assist in departments with installation if required. 6. Return damaged goods 7. Assign cost of goods to relevant departmental cost centers and forward to Accounts. 8. Maintain a supply of stock items and store procured items. 9. Issue Petrol Booklets and Prepaid Smart Fuel Cards for Company vehicles and keep a detailed record of consumption. 10. Assist with department Tender requirements by obtaining catalogues, quotations etc. 11. Keep records of other company purchases such as photocopiers, fax machines, printers, water dispensers etc. as well as printing materials. 12.
