Kuwait City - Purpose and Scope: The jobholder will provide assistant and support to the Unit Manager when addressing client complaints regarding the contractual relationship between the bank and client, or complaint related to defaulting on the terms and in line with the guidelines of the Central Bank of Kuwait on behalf of the Bank. Key Responsibilities: 1.Acts as front line staff and receives client complaints ensuring that any problems are resolved. 2.Oversees and constantly follows up with the relevant area in order to proactively enhance all relevant areas in the bank which affect client relationship with the Bank, directly or indirectly. 3.Presents ideas for service improvement that demonstrate ability to analyze and identify areas in need of development. 4.Investigate customer complaints in an appropriate way and provide possible recommendations for efficient customer focused procedures. 5.Generates periodic and requested reports related to assigned areas ensuring adequate and accu...
