Doha, Qatar - The Purpose of this funcation is to ensure that all general compliants, inquiries, and suggestions that are raised by the public through various media channels are acknowledged in a timely manner, and processed / answered effectively in cooperation with the customer care team with our client. 1) To be the first point of contact for all public inquiries and compliants related issues. 2) to be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all general public related complaints. 3)Escalated all unresolved issues / complaints to our client concerned section head. 4) To be an effective communicator and to resolve issues raised by the public through media channels within given timescales. 5) To report on a weekly basic on the level of customer complaint resolutions. 6) To provide complaint trends and communicate lessons learnt so service levels can be improved.
