Mesaieed, Qatar - Primary Purpose of the Job: Identify and recognize the risks relating to maritime operations and devise and develop comprehensive Port Rules and Regulations. Manage the implementation, monitoring and assuring compliance with the Rules Regulations by all vessels coming to Mesaieed Port berths and port limits. Continuously assess and conduct risk analysis reviews of the regulations to recommend improvement in operational plans and qualitymanagement. Administer the enforcement of Qatar Maritime Laws, Regional laws and International Maritime conventions, protocols and guidelines governing marine vessels including the ISPS Code and Port State Control requirements. Directly supervise and coordinate the Port Departments activities relating to procedures for maritime safety security, maritime administration, marine pollution response planning and Quality systems implementation and operation....
