Kuwait City - Purpose: Wedding Dress Designer. Responsibilities: • Design of Wedding Dress collections .• Promote the link between the Creative Designerand your team. Ensure the vision of the creative Designer is upheld andcommunicate/compromise with the Team when putting these ideas/ New Design intoproduction. • Ensure the design team attend and contribute to weekly meetings such asDesign meeting, sales and stock, Shop visits and weekly brainstorming sessions • Manage all deadlines and ensure the team deliver on time and as required • As and when required by the company visit trade fairs and exhibitions tosource fabrics, suppliers etc. Whilst operating outside of Kuwait apply aprofessional approach as an Ambassador of Brand. • Prepare your team to ensure all items are prepared and ready for rangereviews.
