Doha, Qatar - Role Summary To build and develop the commercial, operational and financial capabilities of the company through performance management, improved processes, systems and ways of working. To develop Company strategies and build solutions across functional teams (Sales, Bids, Implementation, Operations and Finance) to deliver against business objectives. To ensure targets aligned and achieved through effective performance management and mitigation plans. Performance Management  Proactive performance management, tracking cross functional teams to ensure targets achieved/exceeded. Business Intelligence reporting to monitor sales and financial performance, actual and projected, covering Bookings, Pipeline, Sales, Margins, Overheads and Profitability  Develop mitigation plans to ensure targets achieved.
