McGregor Boyall - Abu Dhabi - Our Client is a leading regional Bank and they are currently seeking to hire a Director Level (& an Assistant Director Level) position to join their Restructuring team and focusing on their Commercial Banking (incl some large corporate) client portfolio. The main purpose of this role is to evaluate the existing problematic debt exposures, in each sector to identify potential work out situations and default scenarios through proactive approach and steps. Make recommendations on how the advances should be restructured to avert the possibility of default. The responsibilities can be highlighted as follows: Leading a team within the Commercial Restructuring team that will assist the Relationship Bankers and risk officers in leading the restructuring of advances that are not performing as originally anticipated.
