You can expect to be staffed on deals ranging from classic Private Equity plays to IPOs, equity private placements, bond issues, M&A and other advisory transactions You will be involved in research, preparation of deal pitches, modeling and transaction documentation. The requirement is for bi-lingual (English and Arabic) individuals. You will have experience at a top tier IB or M&A boutique - could be an internship or anything up to Senior Associate level. They cover a diverse range of industries; real estate primarily but also healthcare, consumer, retail, oil & gas, media, telecoms and technology. The role will be based in Dubai and our client is very open to considering candidates from London who wish to relocate to Dubai.
