Dubai - Job summary: Resident Manager responsible for managing staff accommodation both the shared accommodation and the apartment for families with an overall objective of making the accommodation a home away from home for the firm's employees and positioning the firm as an employer of choice. Major responsibilities and accountabilities: Budgeting and planning for Accommodation manpower, maintenance and other in-sourced and outsourced services (housekeeping, laundry, security, catering, transportation, garbage collection and pest control etc.) Managing the overall service delivery including in-sourced and out-sourced services. Coordinating the accommodation needs with internal departments and acting as primary point of contact with Property Management, Human Resources, Real Estate, Engineering, Security, etc to ensure prompt resolution of accommodation issues.
