Directing all initiatives for corporate IT systems and ensuring that employee remains focused on customer expectations and satisfaction. Directing and managing employees, including hiring as per organization chart, performance management and assessment, development, mentoring, training and resources / employees budgeting. Plan and formulate cost efficient budget for the IT Development function. Review and validate all network and business support systems investments in line with the budget and minor deviations outside the budget.
