FGB - Abu Dhabi - Key Accountabilities Develop an annual plan for carrying out the BRR process in coordination with the business functions. Assist BRR Head to coordinate and plan resources for a BRR review. Lead/participate in the BRR reviews. Ensure that the BRR team carries out the review process effectively and in a timely manner. Prepare and finalize the BRR report with the respective business function. Assist business function in preparation of an effective PAR (with clear milestones and timelines). Monitor the management actions taken as documented in the PAR on regular basis to ensure that all management actions have been satisfactorily implemented. The job may require travelling to overseas offices / locations within UAE to perform a BRR Review, so should be ready to travel to such locations. Knowledge and Experience Minimum 8 years of banking experience preferably part of which should be in a similar role with an MNC Bank.
