Job Description:

Common Responsibilities 
 Ensures and monitors compliance of HMC policies and procedures in all departments of Rehabilitation Services
 Work closely with key individuals of rehabilitation departments, Quality Assurance, Material management, research and statistic sections to ensure standards of practice.
 Ensure quality and adherence to best practice standards in alignment of scope of practice and scope of service applicable to laws and regulations and accreditation standards.
 Assist in developing reviewing and disseminating policies, guidelines, protocols and procedures of rehabilitation services.

Specific Responsibilities 
• Assist the AED for Rehabilitation, in integrating rehabilitation programs and processes within HMC and provide support and guidance to rehabilitation departments to ensure the delivery of quality and integrated patient care
• Standardize administrative procedures in the departments of rehabilitation services that includes; recruitment, promotions, assessment forms, job descriptions and competencies, and staff development.
• Assist departments in developing appropriate protocols and clinical guidelines that meet international best practice through a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Responds to complaints referred to the Asst. Ex Director’s, coordinate and follow-up with the concerned parties, and if required, participate in investigation and documentation till issue is closed.
• Ensure reporting and mentoring of Service Level Agreement and Quality Indicators. Provide feedback to the Heads and Administrator.
• Play a key role in continues developments for rehabilitation service in HMC to establish effective clinical specialty areas.
• Coordinate and support the rehabilitation departments in preparation of business plans that identifies areas for new changes, integration of existing and replacement modification of processes to improve patient care.
• Prepare the annual rehabilitation performance report with the review and collate rehabilitation department reports.
• Assist in developing HMC projects for rehabilitation requirements, capital and expense planning directed to rehab projects.
•Performs any other appropriate duties as required.

Hamad International Airport Careers and Job Vacancies

Hamad International Airport is located on mainly reclaimed land approximately four kilometres from the existing Doha International Airport. The main goal was to build an international aviation hub of highest standards.

Up to 360,000 aircrafts per year can be handled at HIA. The eastern runway is 4850 m long, is the 7th longest commercial runway in the world, and is supported by the western runway with a total length of 4250 m.

HIA in its first phase is capable of providing services to 24 million passengers and 750,000 tonnes of cargo a year. Whilst the second phase expansion at the airport will double the capacity to 48 million passengers and 2,500,000 tonnes of cargo a year.

The passenger terminal complex, at 590,000 m2, is currently the largest building in Doha. This area has 138 check-in counters and 11,533 m2 of retail facilities with an unprecedented selection of brands from around the world catering for a whole variety of customers.

HIA is home to the largest aircraft hangar in the world at a total of 150,000 m2. The hanger located in the HIA midfield area has a clearance height of 45m and will be the central maintenance hub for Qatar Airways’ international fleet. The clear spun spatial arrangement of the hangar will allow up to 13 aircrafts at one time to be accommodated, including Airbus A380s, A330s, A350s, A340s, A320 family, Boeing 777s and the newest of the Qatar Airways fleet, the Boeing 787.
