Group Legal Manager

• Manage the validation of Legal Contracts between the Group and other legal entities to ensure its compliance to all statutory and legal requirements while protecting the Group interest at all times.
• Manage and oversee the legal aspect in the processing and ratification of Mergers and Acquisitions by the Group to ensure that it legally complies with Qatar laws and regulations.
• Provide legal consultancy services and advice to the Group, its divisions and associates that would protect from potential and present legal repercussions and litigations on a timely manner.
• Manage the Debt Collection effort of the Group and its Division towards delinquent customers in order to ensure that the funds are adequately recovered.
• Manage and oversee the legal compliance of the Group and its Divisions to ensure that all of its products, services and activities comply with Local and International Laws, Regulations, Business Rules and Ethics.
• Manage the Legal function in order to ensure the provision of legal services to the Group, its division and associates within its defined mandate / budget.
• Build, manage and motivate subordinates towards team cohesion and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and deliver the targets / objectives of the division / function.
