Our client is looking to hire in Bahrain; the role will have work shift in the afternoon/evening, 3 pm - midnight; Friday and Saturday working, flexible weekends between Mon - Wed
Role:
- To monitor the transaction activities of the card holders and merchant and identify suspicious behavior and trigger alerts
- To migrate the occurrence of fraud by implementing adequate triggers and controls in the system
- To mitigate the occurrence of Fraud by interacting/training merchants on various alert features
- Report instances to superiors and ensure adequate controls are in place
- Interact with member banks to work together to identify and prevent fraud
- Refund request processing: full cycle
- Charge back processing: full cycle
- Complete UAT for new functionality testing
