MEP Supervisor - Vistas Global

• The Contractor responsible to keep all MEP services free of site defects/damages from
  the date of building handover , as well as keep in working/good manner repair and will
  be responsible for (but not limited to):
  Includes regular daily inspection and monitoring of all QDB MEP services, its
  associated components, equipment’s, devices and systems.
• 
  
• Ensure all Electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical; Plumbing systems
  and all its associated equipment’s, systems and devices are working properly
  (Monthly/or as per the site requirement) and client has right to change the frequent
  of checkup, and contractor need to prepare accordingly.
• 
  
• Contractor shall inspect/ follow up with the specialist contractor appointed by the
  client for the (generator’s /elevators/BMU crane, etc.…) and all other assets of QDB,
  and daily inspection report shall be submitted to end user accordingly.
• 
  
• Maintenance ,Inspection and complete servicing of Television management system,
  all its associated accessories, components, equipment’s, systems and devices
  (monthly) as per client requirements if any.
• 
  
• Maintenance , All ducts shall be thoroughly inspected and cleaned internally and
  externally from dirt’s by the appropriate testing and cleaning equipment’s and any
  leaks discovered shall be identified and fixed on scheduled basis ( Monthly )
• 
  
• Measures shall be employed to control odors and/or mist vapors caused from the
  A/C equipment and ducts, etc.
• 
  
• Contractor shall calibrate all instrumentation gauges on yearly basis. Contractors are
  responsible to repair/replace if any defect occur due to poor maintenance execution.
