Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading distributor of heavy equipment for the construction and industrial sectors. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Aftersales Manager in Qatar.
The aftersales manager will be tasked with overseeing all post sales-services to maintain customer feedback to ensure product/service levels are maintained at a satisfactory level. You will also oversee a small team in the parts/services sector to ensure day-to-day actives are being sustained at company policies set out by the sales director.
