- Extensive knowledge in Elevator & Escalator Industry.
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Provide support as the primary technical resource for the field sales force.
- Manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations.
- Provide alternative solutions as required to meet unique end user, component or installation criteria.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments.
- Provide company representation in industry forums, conferences, and related events.
- Interface with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end users.
