•Extensive technical knowledge in Elevator & Escalator Industry.Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract signature to final handover to client. 


• Safeguard Company’s interest by interpreting contract provisions and taking necessary actions before/during
Project execution till the final handover.
• Maps and schedule projects with key milestones.
• Review, approve and present plans, schedules and reports related to the project
• Control schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
• Maximize project profitability by identifying possible variations and gaining clients consent for execution.
• Liaise with all concerned parties externally (i.e. owner, contractor, sub-contractor and consultant) and externally
(I.e. Procurement, Installation, Finance…..etc) to ensure smooth execution of the assigned project.
• Control project execution and monitor the actual expenses in coordination with the financial department, review
Against project budget and manage any deviations.
• Define the project quantities, specifications (standards, options and special requirements), spare parts, etc
• Follow-up material manufacturing, delivery, storing, assembly and start-up of the units.
• Manage the hand-over process to the client.
• Manage project closeout documents.
• Approve subcontractor's contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with
the engineer, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up interim / final payments and taking over certificates with the engineer, consultant and clients.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager which include but not limited to the above mentioned duties.
• Coordinate and attend to technical issues with the client whenever required.
• Preparation and submission of material submittal and samples.
• Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements.
• Shall maintain product data/specification of various products offered by TKE Q.
• Review, preparation and submission of shop drawing till as-built submission.
• Ensure that shop drawing are submitted and approved within the specified time frame.
• Review NOC’s and related IFC drawings, including the raising of CTI’s arising from the discrepancies found.
• Coordination with other MEP services and ensure that interface with elevators, escalators and moving walks are
Provided.
• Assist installation team in technical problems encountered at site.
• Reporting to PM/Technical coordinator.
• Implement the Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) process in all activities of the Company.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out in safe manner
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipments by all employees, as applicable
• Ensure that all accidents, near misses and defects are reported and corrective and preventive action is taken

• Following all QHSE Procedures and controls
• Using and maintaining Personal Protective Equipments provided by the Company whenever required
• Respect and don’t remove collective protections and safeguards at Installation Sites
• Promptly report all accidents and near misses to the immediate Superior and QHSE team
• Report all defects and events which may affect QHSE control
• Respond correctly and as per QHSE guidelines during Emergency Situations
• Actively support and co-operate with other employees in QHSE matters
