Dubai - Job Summary and Objectives Performs on sites diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance works on the customers' mobile phone, tablet, laptop etc. May require some direction or guidance from the Team Leader or Manager. Key Accountabilities: 1) Performs on-site diagnostics on the hardware and or software of mobile devices, using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures. 2) Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair or other service concerns directly with the customer and documents the work in the worksheet provided to them. 3) Promote and sell any additional products and or services provided by Mobile Aid. 4) Keep accurate record of parts received and or used to in order to maintain an accurate inventory of boot stock and workshop inventory. 5) Maintains a current knowledge of Mobile phones, Tablets and Laptops and how to service them. 6) Maintains the Mobile Aid Motorbike in a good condition as well as the inventory, tools and equipment provi...
