Expertise in electronics would be an additional advantage Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial food equipment and/or refrigeration equipment Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customer Define service problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions about work needed to be performed Must have average level of communication skills. Effectively communicate with the following: Customs - regarding repairs Dispatch - regarding status of service Parts - to order correct parts Field Manager or Senior Service Manager on difficult calls Factories as needed for help diagnosing problems with the equipment Skills Knowledge of Installation & Repair of Gas/Electrical cooking equipment's, Refrigeration, Coffee machines, Dishwashers etc. Good English written and spoken Conscious about HSE issues A desire ...
