Kuwait City - - Executive pastry chef must possess the artistic ability to make their desserts, cakes & all types of bread with best presentation skills appealing to the eye. - Hands-on practice in creating a variety of desserts and breads and also teach team how to manage a professional kitchen. - Should have good experience to work on kitchen Pastry budgets , maintaining inventory & stock of the food items to be ordered in the most cost-efficient manner to the Hotel. - Keep control over wastage and minimize it. - Should be able to manage a team executives, head chefs, chefs and supervisors in all aspects. Skills - This job require a bachelor's degree from a culinary school.
