Kuwait City - We are looking for a european executive pastry chef who is very heavily on the baking side to lead a kitchen production team that produces baked goods, bread, cakes, high production level etc for a number of establishment from international name cafe /coffee shops to hotels and other venues. You would lead the team so experience in baking a must, there are two positions executuive and number two both with very high salarys. Ideal candidates should possess: *3 years of pastry management experience. *Highly-developed knowledge of and passion for various pastry styles. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. *A professional and polished approach to leadership. *The ability to comfortably lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, busy atmosphere.
