Kuwait City - This position will play a key role in the Technical Operations team and is responsible for providing 2nd level network and telecom support for corporate LAN, WAN and Remote networks, work closely with vendor partners for network support and ensures service level compliance. Also responsible for assisting with installation and maintenance of network systems; including routers, switches, wireless access points and management systems. Must be knowledgeable in pro-active network monitoring and reporting tools. Monitor the corporate Network and Telecom infrastructure and take necessary preventive maintenance and repair utilizing available network tools before they cause network outages. Provide 2nd level operational support to rapidly troubleshoot any incident/issue with a strong sense of responsibility.
