JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES
*Execute the technical pre-sales activities, as well as the implementation and consultancy work/engagements in the CA MENA Services and
Products practice across the entire CA Security product portfolio.
*Work with CA MENA Sales teams in identifying,
qualifying and driving to closure security solutions to meet/exceed quota.
*Effectively position the CA security offerings and
practice in front of the clients at CISO/CIO/CxO & Executive level decision
makers.
*Provide high level and informed business consulting with a particular emphasis on demonstrating the value and role of information
security products and services based on CA offering in small, medium and large
businesses.
*Draw out the critical client business requirements and translate client planned business initiatives into security needs for solution
development.
*Provide security solutions that are scalable,
adaptable and in synchronization with changing business needs.
*Evaluate new/existing accounts to properly position CA security offerings, as well as product up-sell / cross-sell and implementation
/ support services.
*Actively participate and support account planning to propose CA solutions relevant for business, based on knowledge of the market,
and vertical alignment to CA Security product and services capabilities. 
*Serve as the liaison between sales teams and CA
security extended practice and partner ecosystem for scoping and delivery of
resources.
*Lead the definition, scope, approach, planning and
estimating of solutions for CA security offerings.
*Lead efforts in the preparation of RFP responses,
SOWs, technical requirements specifications, solution design documents in areas that relate directly to CA security products and services
*Build custom proposals combining various security
solutions, leveraging the different CA scoping resources as required to develop the most effective and efficient solution for the customer.
*Position CA security solutions to solve the customer’s problems and determine which scoping resource(s) are to be engaged in support
of the Presales effort.
*Attend client meetings, present and demo when/where applicable as it relates the CA security offerings.
*Run Proof of Technology across the CA Security Product
portfolio.
*Scope, prepare and successfully run Proof of
Concept across the CA Security Product portfolio.
*Configure and customize CA Security products.
*Develop product and component integration using API and connectors provided by CA integration platforms.
*Managing pre-sales activities in a timely and
efficient manner following the agreed business practices.
*Maintaining an effective network of business contacts within CA and their partner communities.
*Maintain current with security methodologies, standards
and technologies.
*Interact daily with customers, and various internal CA groups providing a holistic Security Professional Services overview.
