Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineer

8 years’ experience in handling inspection test plans for major Roads and Infrastructure utilities. Ability to coordinate with site engineers and materials approvals, including exposure to Project Quality Plan.
a) Preparation of project quality plan in co-ordination with all sections, obtaining approval and implementation. b) Receiving and reviewing of all reports related to quality matters c) Formulate inspection and test procedures. d) Identify material sources and conduct material tests and ensure conformity with specifications and standards e) Conduct routine tests on materials and workmanship as per ITP conformance and maintain records. f) Identify, calibrate and maintain Master list of testing and measuring equipment. g) Guiding, facilitation and orientation of QMS. h) Coordinating for early disposal of non conformity reports. i) Organizing and conducting quality audits with coordination of all concerned j) Organize and conduct management review meeting at regular interval at site.
